How true this is. It’s easy to watch from a distance and criticize those who have the stomach to try something daring or unique; and then condemn them if they fail. To have the strength to persevere in the face of adversity is a triumph in itself, regardless of success or failure.
Barry – If the artist is not in trouble with the King, he is not doing his job.
If only you were right and “live and let live” were possible. Tell that to the people in Libya, the Congo, Wisconsin. As artists we have to do battle on behalf of the truth, every single day.
